When first downloading, google will think this is a virus. It is not. You can check the scannning results from googles virustotal.com here

When you click on the installer, it will install the VideoConverter into your program files (x86).

If you have windows defender enabled, it will come up with a page similar to this: 

Windows thinks it is a virus, it is not. To continue, click the "more info" button and then click the "run" button. 

After you install this program and run it, VideoConverterV5.bat has been successfully installed!  

Keep in mind that you will need to create a desktop shortcut on your own.

You can uninstall this program by going into the add or remove programs part of the windows settings. The program is called "VideoConverter version 5.2" in the settings
