Install instructions

There are two options, all users and current user.

All users require admin privaleges, and current users dont. 

All users: 

%homedrive%\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp

Current user:

%userprofile%\Appdata\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

If you want to move a file to your current user, run "StartupProfiler - CURRENT USER", and vice versa for all users.
